• Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
• Purchase Information: When you make a purchase, we store your email, plan type, and license key. Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments - we never see or store your payment card details.
• Usage Data: Voice Studio runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any audio, text, or voice data you create.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your account and license
• To send transactional emails (license keys, receipts)
• To provide customer support

4. Data Storage and Security

Account and purchase data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. All connections are encrypted via TLS. Firebase Authentication handles identity verification. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

• Resend: Transactional email delivery

6. Local Processing

Voice Studio processes all text-to-speech and voice cloning entirely on your local machine. No audio data, text input, or voice profiles are ever sent to our servers or any third party.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.
