License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, AI Work Magic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Voice Studio on up to two (2) devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. License Types

• Lifetime License ($99): One-time purchase. Includes all future updates for the current major version. Access to minor and patch updates indefinitely.
• Yearly License ($59/year): Annual subscription. Includes all updates during the active subscription period. Software continues to function after expiration but will not receive updates.

3. License Key

Each license includes a unique key in the format VSTD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. License keys are validated using offline cryptographic verification - no internet connection is required after initial activation.

• Each key can be activated on up to 2 devices
• Keys are tied to your purchase email
• Lost keys can be recovered via your dashboard

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, sell, or transfer your license key to another person
• Use the software on more devices than your license permits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software to create competing products

5. Ownership

You own all content created using Voice Studio (audio files, voice profiles, etc.). AI Work Magic retains all rights to the software, including the TTS engine, models, and application code.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software. AI Work Magic reserves the right to revoke license keys used in violation of this agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI Work Magic does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
